When she was talking about her connection experiences, her eyes where brilliant… saw a lovely shining very special, sensed as connecting herself with the Father…that´s what I saw and understood… connection that produces an infinitive joy sooooo nice!... is a lovely gift…
Ma del Rosario spoke about her experience referring to connect with God; whenever I have had those treasury connections, I refer to the Holy Spirit and to my Father…. to feel the Father’s love in your self is such a precious gift that I encourage you to try. Each one will find the way to connect because it is particular to each one, as particular as every human being... it will be revealed and given as you ask and try.
This is what I understood and apply from the lecture… I apologize if missing something important or practicing something very different for what was taught…
GENERALITIES
♥ The idea is to learn and practice to connect with the “biblical heart” or “spiritual heart” located where the emotions are felt; physically speaking is the belly. When this is achieve, I connect with the Holy Spirit and enjoy His being in me.
♥ I feel an inner peace when the link is done, and the heart door is open…. gives me information for a good discernment… rinses me from fears, resentments, helps me forgiving, fill up whatever emotional emptiness I can have, etc etc
♥ Is an exercise that feed and increase joy, and ease the burdens as anger, anxiety, depression etc.
♥ The heart door will close and the inner connection will stop, when within the exercise I connect again with my mind.
♥ The cleaner you are from fears, guilt, anger, shame, bitterness, etc, the more intense the connection will be! The other way around also is true…. the more stress I am feeling, the more difficult will be to connect.
♥ Forgiving myself and others, as of the spiritual heart, will let go and surrender the circumstances and people to the Father; cancelling pending and current debts.
♥ I cannot pardon, I just can DECIDE to forgive and then the Father fills my heart with forgiveness. Eva Mozes Holocaust survivor said: “I had the power to forgive, nobody could give it or take it from me. I refused to be a victim and now I’m free”.
Forgiveness is not a process, is instantaneous. Sometimes has to be repeated. It doesn’t depend on the magnitude of the offense, is “One size”.
♥ Is advisable to do the exercises for each motive at a time, and not to join issues neither people, until I feel peace flowing inside.
♥ The unceasing prayer is keeping the spiritual connection open permanently.
FIRST TIME EXERCISE DYNAMICS
♥ Verification of the Spiritual Heart: close your eyes – put your hand over your stomach or spiritual heart – think in someone or something that stresses you – watch what you feel in your belly.

♥ Open the door of the Spiritual Heart: close your eyes – focus on your stomach or spiritual heart – relax and let it flow – Aloud yourself just to be without thinking or directing anything.
♥ Reminder Card: after reading the following list of exercises, I did a compressed card listing the ones that appeal more to me, in order to have them for when I practice this inner connection.

TYPE OF EXERCISESRead the following list of exercises, then stay still for a while, and see which option, person or situation is reveal to you, and then proceed with the connection.
The beginning is always the same, close your eyes – focus in your spiritual heart – once you feel the connection proceed with the exercise you chose as:
♥ Discernment: to ask for discernment, information, guidance, and whatever the Holy Spirit wants to reveal me.
♥ Connection: to stay connected; this brings peace to the place where you are. Once you connect, then open your eyes and stay connected; and reconnect if necessary.
♥ Love the Father: just to love, and feel the love, with my Heavenly Father
♥ Love / Intercede for myself: to advocate for myself _____, or just to express love to myself
♥ Intercede for others____ or just to love and submit someone to our Father
♥ To heal traumas: Recall the trauma or difficult situation you want to heal – aloud yourself to feel and visualize the correspondent negative emotion as anger, fear, etc – verbalize the decision of healing it – submit it to the Father – stay still in this stage until you feel the peace flowing inside you.
♥ Emotional Healing: surrender the perturbing emotion as depression, anger, etc, to my Father!
♥ To forgive me: recall your failure, mistake, deficiencies, etc - feel the correspondent negative emotion (guilt, shame, fear etc) – verbalize the decision of forgiving yourself – submit the situation to our Heavenly Father - stay still in this stage until you feel the peace flowing inside you.
♥ Forgive others: recall the person and the event you want to forgive - feel the correspondent negative emotion (anger, fear, resentment etc) – verbalize the decision of forgiving him – submit him to our Heavenly Father - stay still in this stage until you feel the peace flowing inside you.
♥ Strength to face something hard
♥ Willpower to avoid falling into situations and actions I need to elude
♥ As a praying practice: once the connection is done start praying – open your eyes – keep praying – feel
♥ Fullness: in case of emotional emptiness (not feeling loved, etc) to ask to be fulfilled
♥ Falsehood: to heal a lie I have believed about me (that I am stupid, etc). First forgive, then resign the lie out loud, ask the Holy Spirit to show me the truth and to be written in my heart.
♥ Divine Will: to submit myself to the Divine Will of the Heavenly Father, and give Him the control over people, family, circumstances, possessions and even myself.
EXERCISES DYNAMIC
♥ Turn of the mobile phone
♥ Sit back comfortable
♥ Have ready paper and pencil in case you need them during the exercise
♥ Set the time of the exercise
♥ Do 5 deep breathing exercises – inspire – hold your breathing – throw it out slowly
♥ Check the “reminder card” to choose which exercise you want to do.
♥ When finish, write down your impressions and stand still 5 more minutes.
